Password rules:

• Minimum length of 12 characters.
• Contain characters from at least three of the four following character types:
  1. English upper case letters (A-Z)
  2. English lower-case letters (a-z)
  3. Numbers (0-9)
  4. Printable non-alphanumeric characters as allowed by the system.
• At least 48 hours must have passed since it was last changed.
• Contain no more than two identical consecutive characters.
• Does not contain more than three consecutive characters from the user's account name.
• Cannot match any of the twenty-four passwords previously used.
